At Happy Tails Certificates, we take pride in creating custom, one-of-a-kind pet birth certificates to celebrate your furry friends. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds except in the case of an error or defect.
All of our certificates are made-to-order and personalized based on the information you provide. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind, incorrect information submitted, or customer errors.
